Window Sales - Please Be Careful

We are often compared to a well-known local national franchise by prospective customers, but never by previous customers. 

There are many solid competitors in our area, many that offer a truly great window - others that are, in our view, truly NOT offering a comparable product or service.

We hear the stories about how competitors criticize our sales and installations, often spreading rumors just to plant a seed of doubt in your mind.   Our salespeople would be seeking employment elsewhere if they EVER made a negative comment about any other competitor.

Unlike a franchise operation, we are free to provide ANY type of window, manufactured by companies that WE select, and we feel this give you, the consumer, a wide range of window options for your home.

We find any ad noting "$185 Any Size" as possibly misleading.  Obviously, tiny windows and large windows do not cost the same amount.  

While we often get asked about this - you know what is going to happen - your price will come out to be something much closer to $300 per window than $185.

Please be careful.

Competition?

Like most every business, we have many solid and well-managed competitors in and around the Mobile area.  For you, the consumer, this is a perfect situation, and one that should serve to keep all companies focused on your satisfaction.

Our goal is to provide the best overall product and service value in the Greater Mobile market.  One measure of our progress toward this goal is the percentage of new customers that come to us as a referral from a previous customer.  

Given that our goal is 100% of our business coming from referrals, we are lagging terribly, but slowly making progress.  Year-to-date, we have moved this number into the 45% range, and trust that by the end of 2010 we will be over the 50% mark.

We encourage all of our prospective customers to shop around, and if you need it, we will even provide the names and contact numbers for any or all of our known local competitors. 

All we ask is that you consider all the factors involved in a completed home improvement project, talk to as many previous customers as your time allows, and talk to me about any questions or concerns you may have about our proposal.

There are NO local competitors that can match our overall package of pricing, service, warranty, and commitment to your 100% satisfaction.

If you find one - please call me.  I will personally commit to a price that is lower (given the same product quality and specs), and for your research, provide you with an added dollars-off bonus.
