How Much Does Roofing Cost?

The most frequently asked question about roofing - how much does it cost?

As with any major project, there are countless options, but for your planning purposes - a very basic 3-Tab Shingle installation will cost roughly $200 per square.

To provide you with an absolute price, we would need to know a little about your home - roof pitch, style of current roof, wood repair, etc., but we can get very close even over the phone.

One example - a 1500 square home, with a slight pitch to the roof, would most likely require 18-20 squares of roofing shingles.   Based on the basic pricing of $200 per --- $3,600 to $4,000.

Architectural shingles will be more, as will most any decorative type and style of shingles.
